What is your favorite tenor sax feature to play with a big band?

I want to feature one of my students on tenor sax with our top jazz band. Does anyone have a favorite that I’m perhaps not thinking of? So far I have

  • Michael Brecker Waltz

I like classic big band era jazz. Don’t care for the new stuff. Too edgy and bright!
I think Georgia on my Mind is a good choice. :slight_smile:
